Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - The society has an Inverter backup in case of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa. - A Security deposit of Rs 15000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded during checkout. - Being located in a residential area, we don't allow loud music on the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 3 days.
