Payment & Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows:

Before 21 days: 50% of the amount will be charged.
Before 15 days: 75% of the amount will be charged.
Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged.

Incase of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.

- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. We have a power backup available at the villa to suffice basic needs. Air conditioners won't work on the backup power supply. - A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout. - Being located in a gated community, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
