- Each bedroom can occupy up to 3 people with 1 bed and 1 extra mattress.
- Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms
- Wardrobes are available in all the rooms
Living Room:
- The huge living area is welcoming and has offers many comfortable seating options. The quirky furnishings spread throughout the villa, are an art lover's bliss.
- Living area is completely air conditioned.
- It opens up to a private swimming pool, deck and a massive lawn.
Bathrooms:
- The villa has 5 attached washrooms (one in each room)

Upgrade your stay with airport transfers and grocery deliveries to villa reservations and additional housekeeping. We can also arrange special treats like spa services, private chefs, butlers or complete bespoke experiences.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows:
- Before 21 days: 50% of the amount will be charged.
- Before 15 days: 75% of the amount will be charged.
- Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged.
Incase of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
- Please note that our villa is a private homestay. So do expect a homely service.
- Guest capacity should be respected. Maximum of 15 guests allowed including children, maids etc.
- We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.
- We don’t have a television available at the villa.
-There are occasional power cuts in Alibaug. We have a power backup available at the villa to suffice basic needs.
-A security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded within 72 hours of checkout.
-Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
-For security reasons CCTVs have been installed in the outdoor areas.
-A private speedboat can be arranged (except during monsoon) on request at an additional cost from Gateway of India to Mandwa jetty and the other way round.
-Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
