For any other purpose, the host’s approval is required). Other things to note NOTE: The property has two structures, the main structure will not be accessible to the guest. The main structure may have separate occupants staying but they will not access the pool. The other structure with two rooms, a living area, and a kitchen will be accessible to the guests booking the listing. - We accept minimum 2 nights booking and require a 12 hour notice prior to arrival time. - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - A Security deposit of Rs. 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating, for any other purpose, the host’s approval is required. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has an Inverter backup that can support some of the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - Please refrain from loud music or noise at the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request. - BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.... more info
