Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - The villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. - The main building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in the rooms - Wardrobes are available in the rooms. Living Room: - The living area is welcoming and offers seating options. - There is a sofa in the living room. - Living area is completely air-conditioned. Bathrooms: - The villa has 4 bathrooms. 2 in the main building and 2 in the other building - The bathrooms have a hot water supply. - Toiletries are provided including towels. Kitchen: - The kitchen is equipped with appliances. - The kitchen is attached to the living room. Parking: - There is private parking for up to 3 vehicles at the property. Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. Other things to note - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - Three out of five bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Two bedrooms share a common bathroom. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has an inverter backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - A Security deposit of Rs. 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days.
