Upgrade your stay with airport transfers and grocery deliveries to villa reservations and additional housekeeping. We can also arrange special treats like spa services, private chefs, butlers or complete bespoke experiences.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows:
- Before 21 days: 50% of the amount will be charged.
- Before 15 days: 75% of the amount will be charged.
- Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged.
Incase of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.
- There are occasional power cuts in Goa. We have a power backup available at the villa to suffice basic needs. Air conditioners won't work on the backup power supply.
- A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout.
- Being located in a gated community, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
