Payment & Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows:

Criteria	Cancelation Policy
If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking Is Non-Refundable and No Refund Will be applicable
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back
If Travel is after 30 Days	25%of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back

Please Note

No Refund will be applicable for Peak or Blackout dates of the season.
For payments made in international Currencies, the refund amount is subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing,
Refunds / Credits are applicable only if the 100% payment is received as per the booking policy. No Refund / Credit will be applicable in case of partial payments The full Security Deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation due to any reason and if a guest is not able to check in.

Incase of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.

- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. We have a power backup available at the villa to suffice basic needs. Air conditioners won't work on the backup power supply. - A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout. - Being located in a gated community, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
