Kindly Note: The guest parking is available approximately 500 meters from the villa. As the property is located right next to the Anjuna Flea Market, parking directly outside the villa may be limited and not always convenient or secure. - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - The villa has an inverter backup in case of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request.
