Please Note : The society entrance is located at the back off the main Verem-Nerul road before Larry's Car and Bike Rental. Please make sure to connect with our team prior to arrival so we can ensure a smooth check-in process. -This is a self check in apartment, keys are required to be collected from building staff upon arrival. Luggage and check in assistance will not be provided. - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - Pool timings are 9 am to 9 pm. No eating/drinking/smoking near the pool area. - The apartment has an inverter backup in case of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa. - Being located in a gated community, we don't allow loud music on the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Food/grocery deliveries will have to be collected from the community gate and will not be delivered to the doorstep as per community rules. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 3 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request. -Keys need to be collected from the security. Kindy let them know your name and apartment number. -Check in and Luggage assistance may not be provided.

All gatherings must be approved in advance; parties or events are not allowed without permission.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged per incident.
Pets are allowed only with prior written approval before check-in.(Selected Properties Only)
Use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Please do not rearrange any furniture or decor during your stay.
Food and drinks should be consumed only in designated areas; avoid placing them on rugs or furniture.
Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM; loud music or disturbances may incur a ₹10,000 penalty.
Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
Towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside the premises.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:

If Travel is Within 15 Days	Booking Is Non-Refundable and No Refund Will be applicable
If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days	50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back
If Travel is after 30 Days	25%of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back

Things To Know

Guests must complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Valid photo IDs of all guests and visa details for non-Indian nationals are required.
Only registered guests are allowed; unaccounted visitors are strictly not permitted.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, require prior approval, and will incur additional charges.
Linen and towels are changed every 2 days; daily changes are available at an extra cost.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. Other amenities like dental and shaving kits are available on request.
Security deposit of INR 10,000/- will be collected at the time of booking and refunded within 72 hours of checkout. Any damages or unpaid dues will be deducted from this deposit.
This property is equipped with inverter backup that supports lights and fans for up to 3–4 hours during power cuts. Please note that air-conditioners and heavy appliances will not operate on inverter power.
