All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows:

| If Travel is Within 15 Days | Booking Is Non-Refundable and No Refund Will be applicable |
| If Travel is Within 15 -30 Days | 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back |
| If Travel is after 30 Days | 25%of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back |
Please Note
- No Refund will be applicable for Peak or Blackout dates of the season.
- For payments made in international Currencies, the refund amount is subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing,
- Refunds / Credits are applicable only if the 100% payment is received as per the booking policy. No Refund / Credit will be applicable in case of partial payments The full Security Deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation due to any reason and if a guest is not able to check in.
Security deposit will be collected at the time of check in and refunded 72 hours after check out.
