Bathrooms: - The villa has 2 attached washrooms (one in each room) - The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for the hot water supply - Toiletries are provided including towels Kitchen: - The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances - The kitchen is attached to the living room Exteriors: - The pool is located outside the villa - Parking is available outside the gated community Guest access: Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. Other things to note: - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request. - Food/grocery deliveries will have to be collected from the community gate and will not be delivered to the doorstep as per community rules. -BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.... more info
