Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - The villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms - The 2 rooms have a queen-sized bed in each - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available in all the rooms Living Room: - The living area is welcoming and offers comfortable seating options. - The dining table is suitable for 6 guests. - The living area is completely air-conditioned. Bathrooms: - The villa has 2 attached washrooms (one in each room). - The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for the hot water supply - Toiletries are provided including towels. Kitchen: - The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. - The kitchen is attached to the living room. Exteriors: - The pool is located outside the villa. - Parking is available outside the gated community. Guest access: Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. Other things to note: - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days.
